They bombed our chippy!

They blew up our chippy! No! Really!

I was brushing my teeth on a Sunday morning as you do when I heard a loud noise. I thought some tiles must have fallen off my roof so I went to have a look! Shock! Horror! The noise had been caused by a house at the bottom of our road. A fire had started, warming a propane gas cylinder which then exploded taking the chippy with it!

Thankfully nobody was seriously injured!

On the positive side, I suppose its healthier having to walk a couple of miles to the nearest takeway!
