Damon has always been an entertainer. He started off doing kids shows, straight out of school and moved on to caberet shows.
Damon won the UK resorts cabaret act of the year in 1999.
He has a diploma in performing arts
His family are all in catering / hospitality and therefore he feels like the black sheep of the family – but this drives him to make his act a success.
Damon – you should have won – you were fantastic.
I don’t think its right that people like Paul who have had training with the best should be allowed to enter these shows never mind win it. These shows are for people with NATURAL talent. I know he’s good but what do you expect spending 2 years in Italy??
I won’t bother watching the Variety Show when its on now. Totally unfair!!
agree, Damon should have won, as he is so brilliant with natural talent,and especially Unique. Paul is excellent too,only compare with amateur , if compare with professional opera singers , he is normal. Damon always special even if compare with professional performer, so creative, so professional.That makes different, and special talent.
Totally agree, Damon should be the winner; his talent is not only on singing, he does more than that like acting and ventriloquist is not something everyone can do.

I think a change in job direction is in need if you are still living with your parents. Just look at what some of the other acts have achieved that didnt win the show.

A grown man playing around with a monkey on a stick, pathetic rubbish, showed what little material and talent he had by doing in the final the same as the ausition, should never have been in the final, a waste of space.
totally brilliant. You had me in doubled up with laughter in the best possible way. You should have won. Every time i see it on you tube it always fresh, and does not get borring 10 out of 10.
