Pete Bennett (from last year’s Big Brother has released a song called “Nuff Buzzin”. I don’t know if you can buy it from the shop or download it from t’interweb but you can watch the video on Youtube. It’s the future of Rock and Roll, probably.
I was joking last week when I wrote: “And finally a little plug for next week’s Heat Magazine, in it you can read an exclusive interview with Pete about why he’s dumped Nikki!”
But z-list celebrity life being stranger than fiction, Pete Bennett has finished with Nikki Grahame and there was an exclusive interview with him about it in Heat Magazine (23/09/06)!
Viewers claimed they had been misled after paying to vote out housemates and complained they would not have bothered ringing in to get a contestant evicted if they had known the rules of the competition would change.
Channel 4 has managed to weasel out of paying a fine because of their claim that Big Brother was an “editorially inventive show” but they must pay almost £50,000 in administrative costs.
An ICSTIS spokeman said: “The unprecedented number of complaints for this type of service, combined with the undoubted strength of feeling of the complainants, clearly indicated that voters genuinely felt that they had been misled over this twist.”

And now for today’s big news Princess Nikki Grahame has a big toe and … uhm … it’s really big! That is all!
Who are they? Who are they and why do they care about my big toe?

There’s an exclusive interview with Princess Nikki Grahame, Big Brother Loser in this week’s Heat Magazine. She talks about magazines.
Magazines… print whatever they want and it’s nonsense, they don’t even have quotes from people who know me or Pete… Magazines are always going to make up their own stories …
She retells the story that she told on the Jonathan Ross show the other week about going to a party with Pete Bennett.
… Then when I got there I was walking round with Alex [Pete's Brother] and suddenly I felt someone gob in my face! Obviously I started hyperventilating because of my obsessive compulsive stuff. To have phlegm on my face is one of my biggest fears … I turned round to the girl who did it and she said, “Oh sorry, I just squirted you.” But I was fuming. I thought, “Oh my God, how can you be so scaggy and low down?” I couldn’t cope. I just had to get out. It was pouring with rain and I ran out on to the street … I knocked on this woman’s door, a complete stranger – it was about midnight at the time. I was all over the place, could hardly breathe and was screaming, “Can I come in?” and she said, “Calm down, what’s happened?” then I barged in to her house. [Pete] was running after me down the road. I was hysterical and shouting, “Someone spat on my face!” Pete was saying, “Nikki, they didn’t! They didn’t” and I said, “Pete, leave me alone, go back to the party. I want you to have a good time and be with your friends – I just need some space.” So I sent him back… All I cared about was that someone had spat in my face. That’s all I could think. I barged into the living room of the house and this family ended up giving me a counselling session. Next thing, Alex turns up and produces this tiny water pistol with vodka in it. He said, “It was this you were squirted with – it was an accident.”
This story is so entertaining that it should be made into a film and book!
She also says that things are “wonderful” between her and Pete.
Everything’s great. When we get to see each other it’s such quality time – we’re so loved up.
Aaaaaaaaaaaaah! Group Hug! Isn’t love great!
And finally a little plug for next week’s Heat Magazine, in it you can read an exclusive interview with Pete about why he’s dumped Nikki! Oops!
Big Brother contestant Imogen Thomas is to make her acting debut in Welsh soap called Pobol y Cwm.
The ex-Miss Wales, 23, will play herself opening a new garage run by entrepreneur Ronald Steadman (Wayne Cater) in an episode to be shown by S4C on October 6.
Imogen said: “It’s great to be asked to appear on Pobol y Cwm (People Of The Valley) as I’d love to get into acting, presenting and TV work.”
“My family watch it and I watched it when I lived at home.”
“I felt a bit nervous filming as there were so many people around, but the producers and other actors made me feel at home and talked me through the process and I’m really excited about it.”
“I’ve got some lines to say and they’ve even included the ‘Hot Topic’ and a few ‘babes’ as part of the script.”
The soap is set near Imogen’s home town of Llanelli. She is no stranger to her native tongue and was often seen conversing in Welsh with fellow housemate Glyn Wise while they were on Big Brother.
‘Big Brother’ star Lea Walker slapped a radio DJ during a live interview after he threatened to play her porn film over the airwaves.
She started to see red when Kerrang! Radio DJ Tim Shaw showed her a scene from her X-rated movie, ‘Casting Cuties 4′, on his mobile and talked about his appreciation of her work as … uhm … an actress.
“It was a mistake I made and it was a long time ago,” she fumed.
Tim Shaw decided to push his luck and threatened to play the audio from the clip on air. Not a good idea! Lea launched herself at Shaw and snatched the phone, before slapping the stunned presenter in the face.
She then stamped on the handset and stormed out of the studio.
Shaw said: “Lea flipped out and started whacking me over the head. She’s a big woman who looks like she can handle herself. She slapped me hard in the face and brought her elbow down on top of my head. Then she grabbed my phone, dropped it on the floor and started stamping on it with her heels.”
The 35 year old Big Brother star who claims her 30M surgically enlarged breasts are the biggest in Britain – made the adult film long before appearing on the reality show this summer.
Nestlé, Channel 4 and Endemol have been slapped on the wrist by the Advertising Standards Authority for the way they conducted the Golden Ticket promotion which resulted in Susie Verrico entering the Big Brother house. To comply with the rules of such competitions, there should apparently have been an independent observer present when the Golden Balls were … uhm … dropped.
The advertising watchdog has criticised the way Nestlé, Channel 4 and Endemol ran a lottery for a member of the public to enter the Big Brother house – but ultimately found that the controversial “golden ticket” promotion was not fixed.
The Advertising Standards Authority investigated the lottery, in which 34 members of the public entered a draw to go on the reality show after finding golden tickets in KitKat bars, following 11 complaints that the draw was rigged in favour of winner Suzie Verrico. The housemates also got the impression that the arrival of Verrico was engineered.
The ASA investigated complaints questioning whether the draw was made in accordance with the laws of chance and if it had been made under the supervision of an independent observer.
Nestlé, Channel 4 and Endemol provided a combined response to the complaints.
The companies said that an independent observer from Electoral Reform Services had checked the number on each of the 34 balls before they were placed in the lottery machine.
They sent film footage of the Big Brother garden, and slow-motion footage of the draw, to show that witnesses were present and that no balls were tampered with.
However, the independent observer had not been allowed by the show’s makers to attend the draw – although a different observer watched on TV from home – as no outsiders are allowed to come into contact with the housemates.
The firms argued that this fulfilled the requirement of an independent observer monitoring the draw.
The ASA ruled that the footage and testimonials provided sufficient evidence that that the draw had been conducted in accordance with the laws of chance.
However, the watchdog ruled that the full draw was not conducted under the supervision of an independent observer and warned that future promotions must not break the regulatory code.

Proving that he’s no angel, Big Brother winner Pete has reportedly dumped his glam rock band Daddy Fantastic and decided to sign with Guy Chambers to launch a solo career. The Baron, Nimbus and Wobbly Bob (Wobbly Bob!?!) – his ex-bandmates have tried to contact him but Pete “My dead friend came down from Heaven and told me God wanted me to win Big Brother” Bennett has refused to answer their calls.
Guy Chambers has worked with Robbie Williams and is responsible for crimes against pop such as Angels and Millennium. He apparently wants to launch Pete as the next Billy Idol because of the striking similarities between the him and the punk rocker.
GAH! As if one Billy Idol wasn’t bad enough already!
